To Our Brides

HOW CAN I BOOK MY WEDDING DATE?

Your date is secured once we receive a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed bridal contract. Early booking is advised, as we accept bookings up to two years in advance.

WHEN AND WHY SHOULD I BOOK A TRIAL?

We recommend all booked brides to have their trial 3-4 months before your wedding day. Almontes highly encourages all of our future brides to book a trial. This is a one-on-one in depth consultation to get to know your artist(s), get all your questions and concerns regarding your desired bridal look answered, and begin to envision the look for your special day. We love to hear your feedback throughout the trial run so we can make these adjustments the day of to ensure you feel like the most glamorous version of yourself!

Please Note: A trial does NOT reserve your wedding date. This is a separate service from wedding day services.

WILL MY TRIAL ARTISTS BE THE SAME FOR MY WEDDING DAY?

Yes! In the event of a sudden change, we will notify you immediately and will replace the artist with a new staff member.

WHEN DO I NEED TO HAVE MY FINAL COUNT FOR SERVICES BY?

No services can be removed from the initial contract. A final count for services will be due 10 weeks prior to your event in order to ensure staff availability. Adding additional services will be allowed up until this date along with the remaining balance of the deposit. We work diligently in creating a timeline prior to your wedding day to keep our artists on a schedule. This will be sent to you via email 4-6 weeks prior to your event.

WHAT ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE PAID BY CLIENTS?

All travel, valet/parking, add ons, and any additional fees are to be paid by client.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Gratuity is NOT included within our pricing, but is greatly appreciated. Any tips sent via Zelle will be evenly distributed to staff, unless specified. Cash is also accepted to hand to staff the day of.
We highly recommend 18%-20%.
